• Platform: Circled Plus website, app, and associated tools.
• Services: Property discovery, curated/private listings, advisory support, and viewings.
• User: Any visitor, buyer, seller, or client using the Platform.
• Listing: Any property details shared on the Platform.
• Paid Plan / Subscription: Paid offerings unlocking private listings and advisory benefits.
• Confidential Information: Non-public information including pricing, inventory and private listings.

2) Scope of Services

Circled Plus provides a curation-led real estate advisory experience including access to private, invite-only, or eligibility-based properties.

• Arranging introductions and property viewings
• Collecting preferences
• Coordinating with owners, builders and agents

Important: Circled Plus is not a seller or developer. Transactions occur between you and property owners/developers.

3) Eligibility & Account Use

• You must be 18+ to use the services.
• You must provide accurate contact details.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts suspected of misuse.

4) Private Listings & Non-Disclosure

• Do not forward, screenshot, or redistribute private listings.
• Do not use private listing info for competing platforms.
• Do not contact sellers directly unless permitted.

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

5) Property Information Disclaimer

Property information is provided by third parties. Users must independently verify legal title, approvals, measurements, taxes and claims. Circled is not liable for inaccuracies.

6) Plans, Payments & Refunds

• Pricing and plan benefits are shown on the platform or in writing.
• Subscriptions are billed per selected plan cycle.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated unless stated otherwise.

7) User Conduct

• No identity misrepresentation.
• No scraping or copying data.
• No unlawful or misleading content.
• No bypassing security or paywalls.

8) Intellectual Property

All platform content including branding, design and curated collections belongs to Circled. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

9) Privacy & Data

By using the platform, you consent to communication via call, WhatsApp or email for enquiries, listings, viewings and service updates.

10) Third-Party Links

Circled is not responsible for third-party availability, content or policies.

11) Limitation of Liability

Circled is not liable for third-party information, transaction disputes or technical interruptions. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last two months prior to a claim.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Circled against claims arising from misuse, breach of terms or unauthorized sharing of data.

13) Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for breaches, misuse or harmful activity.

14) Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
